Powick Parish - Parish Council Meetings

Parish Council meetings are held on a monthly basis throughout the year. These are supplemented by separate Planning Committee meetings which are usually held prior to the main meeting.

The venue for the Council meetings is rotated between Powick Parish Hall and Callow End Village Hall. Additional planning meetings are also held at The Pavilion on Callow End playing field.

Members of the public are welcomed at all meetings to observe, ask questions and/or contribute. Please check upcoming agendas for confirmation of time and place.

Please note that the Meeting Minutes and Reports available for download below are the "draft" versions issued prior to adoption at the subsequent Parish Council meeting. For a copy of the approved "adopted" minutes, please contact the Clerk.
